Any brand new unused band in the same condition that you received it in. And must have the original packaging. 

It can be exchanged or retuned within 30 days of delivery.

You can choose to receive a store credit to use on a later date.

Shipping and handling costs will not be credited.

Our refund and exchange policy only extends to Fiercely & in-house brands only.
